How to fix self touch

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

So I work at a cell phone repair company and for the most park I am pretty knowledgeable with phones. So I have a customer that brought there iPhone 6s Plus. She was in a abusive relationship and said her boyfriend threw her phone at the wall. So I replaced the screen about 3 times and every time she has touch issues. My question is, could the touch ic chip cause the phone to touch on it's own? I know the touch can go out but I didn't know if it can touch on it's own. Just really wanna get her phone fixed. Thanks!
