trouble installing ion shell using TI connect

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

-I am trying to install the ION.83G file into the ti83 RAM using the TI/connect "send to device" feature. I have done this sucessfully before with my 83+, but this one keeps giving me the error message "the file format is invalid (8C020013)". I have tried using other shells for the 83 with the same error message. Strangely enough the program that I want to run via the shell (a .83P file) transfers to the calculator just fine. I have tried resetting the RAM and also have tried just about every shell for the TI-83 that I could fins (venus, explorer and sos, etc.) with the exact same error every time. Is there something I am missing? Or is there an issue with this calculator in particular?
