Definitively the main cause for this error is the wifi card:

- Reason 1: Wifi card is loose  > You will need to put it back in place

- Reason 2: Wifi card is damage > Only way to fix it is to replace with a new one.

This issue is not related to R4 flash cards, firmware or updates.
