First check the APNs: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-2090 If this is already configured, try a factory reset and configure the APNs again. NOTE: BACK UP YOUR DATA FIRST! + + I would also then try one of the SIM cards that you know works. + If this has failed, there is something wrong with the phone and you should look into a repair or replacement.
