What options to remove extremely tight bluetooth aerial screw?

I am trying to replace the DVD drive with a second HDD.  The right hand bluetooth aerial screw (http://guide-images.ifixit.net/igi/UoJNEZIHEx44oIfD.medium) is very tight and the head is now partially stripped.

What can I try to loosen and remove the screw?
