Try to connect your computer directly to the laptop through a usb cable and wait for your computer to download the device (or manually download it through the device page online). Afterwards, the printer should now be listed as one of the printer options. If it still does not print when connected by usb cable, then either try reinstalling the printer driver or refer to the printer's official site for common solutions. Note that this also may be a compatibility issue.
