@brandonpate,brandon , Find the starter relay and switch it out and try. Unhook the battery cable from the starter, the problem is most likely a stuck solenoid or wires shorted to starter, check all wire/plugs for damage/burnt/etc. and have starter tested,(link below will show starter removal). If there is a remote start hooked up it to could have a short in it or wires to it. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free starter testing like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts,etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track.Fix the cranking issue and then you can run the diagnostics no problem.
