@erica14 , Erica, I am very sorry that you are having this problem. Probably at best you can take the camera apart and look for broken/loose wires and loose components and try to re attach by soldering if that is what is found to be the issue. It does take considerable skill when solder on a board, to be careful not to damage other components. If not equipped to do this, perhaps have a friend/family member that could help would also may help. If not wanting to attempt the repair, have a good local electronics/computer repair shop have a look, diagnose and estimate repair. Below is a disassembly link that may help. Good luck.
