Where can I get a replacement trackwheel for the fuse?

I found my 1st gen fuze after four years of it being lost. Found the plastic above the screen was popping out so I pulled it off and the ribbon cable holding in the track wheel came unhinged. Tried too many times to put the wheel back on that I ended up accidentally tearing the cable making it unusable. If anyone knows where on earth I can get a replacement please contact me @G171Ben on twitter.
