So I've just had my LG G2 (D802) screen replaced and a couple of problems I encountered were that my loudspeaker was completely non-functional and my earpiece speaker was quiet.

So I've just had my LG G2 (D802) screen replaced and now I'm having issues with my speakers.

Thanks to a previous post on this forum I was able to fix the loudspeaker by just tightening the screws, but I'm stumped by the ear speaker issue. I can get by when indoors but I have no hope of hearing my caller in a loud environment.

What could have gone wrong during the screen repair that affected the ear speaker to make it quiet, and what could I do to solve it?
