@travisanthony3,Travis Anthony,  I do not own this device. You can try a reset, while the device is powered on, press and hold the ‘Connect’ and ‘Volume Up’ buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to factory reset the device. Did not help, you will then have to proceed to disassemble the speaker to locate/test/bad components/ loose connections/ ripped speakers, etc.. Below are links to show disassembly and 2nd link is to trouble shooting JBL XTREME.
