@babygirl2014 , Stephanie Dedear, If still under warranty return for replacement/repair/refund. If not under warranty and you know the battery was good and charged, you will have to disassemble the drill to locate the issue of why it will not work. Once apart you can look and test for damaged/burnt/loose wires/connectors/etc., test the trigger with a DVOM to see if it is faulty and test the motor with a couple jumper wires from battery to motor contacts to see if it is functioning or burnt out. I posted a few links that may help the 1st link is to disassembly guides of various drills, 2nd and 3rd links you may possibly get parts from. Good luck. If you were just using it a short time and it was not operating hot, it could possibly be a faulty trigger or bad connection internally.
