Height sensors may need to be adjusted/compensated at the same time needs to be done with a computer, you will have to take it to a Ford dealer or a good shop with proper equipment for this. There may be a diagnostic code held in the computer to tell what is at fault. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts,etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track.
