Ah this is simple. when you look at the ignition, where the key goes, there should be a little icon of a mower with an arrow. After you start the mower, turn the key to this position. If it isnt there it wont go reverse, so after starting just move the key to that position and it should fix it. Go test it now and let me know if it works!
