Have you tried the battery and charger on another laptop? Also using a miltimeter set to 20v stick one probe into the center of the charger and the other one on the outer metal casing. Does the voltage your getting match the voltage it says on the charger? And what has happened before this. Was there a power surge, did you spill water on it or did it just stop working.
