Do you have access to settings? If so, go to settings>apps>kids mode>disable or force stop. Then reboot phone. If you can't access settings, you must start in [http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/skp/faq/1028658|safe mode]. Once you've done that, you will have access to settings. Now you can do the above.
