1.  Controller connected xbox360 console with "Play & charge Kit"

-  The controller can start up & operate normally.

- The charge light of "Play & charge Kit" was find "off"

2. Controller used in original 2A battery pack (in normal wireless mode)

- Press the "X" button in the centre of the controller

- The light of "X" button  only flash 2 times

- The controller turn off and cannot start up & operate (tried for another 2A battery     pack)

Please help!!
