Raja Minhas , If you are not sure the device is taking a charge try another compatible charger to see if that is the issue. If charger is good remove the battery(1st link)below and see if it is fully charged use a DVOM, if battery not charged could be a faulty battery or charge port issue. Blow/pick out any dust/lint/etc. from the charge port and look for bent pins and straighten carefully with a tooth pick. If battery is OK and charged try a reset 2nd link will tell how. If device happens to be under warranty return for repair/replacement/refund. Good luck.
