Also not sure with Blu phones, but a lot of Android phones have a Data Connection enable/disable setting found in'' Home > Settings > WiFi & Networks >more >Mobile Networks > Data Connection'' which disables data entirely. This setting can sometimes also be accessed by dragging down the notification bar on the Home screen to view shortcut links to various options. ''Be aware that disabling this particular setting also prevents MMS messages from being sent/received. SMS are OK though''
