Those are raster lines and if the lines are there all the time or intermittent but in the same location it is an indication of a bad panel. The panel driver can also be the cause of this symptom. Some panels have issues with the connector that carries the signals. So check your wiring, connections etc. Do you have any issues when you connect an external monitor?
