Not sure if this will help but try installing the latest Asus ATK Package and Smart Gesture drivers.
Install the ATK Package ''first''.
Here is a link to the latest Asus drivers. Take notice of the '''Notes''' near the top of the page regarding installation. Also do not be tempted to update all the drivers. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
