Work it is a software problem and the way to fix it is to back your phone up delete your iPhone so it's set up as new phone then reinstall your back up should solve problem for best results when reinstalling your back up use iTunes and a cable I did mine over wifi and it worked fine don't drop your iPhone on a table you will just crack your screen
