I saw the post sometimes ago while iwas looking for ahelp with the same issue, just gogle autoloader and download autoloader for your blackberry 10 device. Mine is z10, so i downloaded this version on my computer Z10_10.3.02.2876_STL100-2-3 (you can google it), unzip it and instal on my pc.
I connected my z10 through usb cord and it auto load a new Operating System on my phone and its been working well since then.
