Is it possible to install the A1212 logic board into an a1151?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

I have an a1151 17" MBP that has a toasted logic board. I want to replace it with a logic board from the a1212 machine (faster core2duo processor). The connections look to be in the same place and of the same type. Has anyone actually done this? Any help you all could provide would be extremely helpful and appreciated!

Thanks!
