Is my router/modem outdated

Hi I was wondering is my router outdated..here are some signs

1. Disconneting every 1-5 mins (Xbox and Laptop)

2. Very slow (1.65m) which should be 60 or higher

3. We call Mediacom to fix the router and it still didn't change whatsoever after he left.

4. It is 7 years old

5. I did power cycle,factory reset, everything and still don't work.

I'm wondering if it's outdated or just malfunction .

Btw only 3 ppl are using it so yea.
