Ghost clicks after 3 minutes of usage

On my iPhone 5s, to works perfect for first 3/4 minutes of usage.

Then it seddeny starts doing ghost clicks and non responsive.

(I also see some vertical lines on display)

Then I lock the device (turn off display), wait for 2 min Aprox. Unlock again and it works perfectly for next 2/3 minutes.

As the cycle goes on.

Is this a genuine bug or specially granted to me?

How can I fx it?
