@congressmankml, Congressman Kamal EL, Try charger in another outlet, test or have charger tested or if possible try another compatible charger. If charger is fine, then it could be the charge port or needing battery replacement. Look in the devices charge port for dust/debri and clean out(blow out with canned compressed air). Wiggle the cable at the charge port end and note whether the port seems loose or starts charging(this would signify port may needs resoldered or replaced) best done by good technician. If all looks OK, battery may need replaced. See links below for tear down and general trouble shooting.
