@harold345 , Harold, Unplug the printer and open all compartments that you can, inspect for any large debri and remove, use a can of compressed air to blow out all dust/debri pay attention to any small gears as well, for debri, hair,etc. and clean. Clean all pick up rollers with Q tip or soft cloth dampened with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol . Plug printer back in and try.
You can also get more info on your issue by using the HP error/trouble shooting link#1 below and input your printers info. as well as Link #2 to show how to clean roller closer to the end of vid., and link #3 is trouble shooting fake paper jamb (not your exact model) but may be helpful. Good luck.
