Hit the Settings (Gear Icon).

Find "Languages and Input".  I think in Japanese its "言語と入力".

This has a "A" on a Samsung Device, or on standard Google Android, its a "Globe" like icon.

Once you tap it, it should be the first option.  Change and rearrange languages you wish.
