I've had my phone 3 months and I've never damaged it in any way. Yesterday my phone stopped charging. I tried the power button and volume button trick but it doesn't work. When I turn on the phone it's on 3% all the time and when you plug it in an exclamation mark appears on the battery symbol. Then it turns itself off. When you try turn it back on a big battery and exclamation mark appear on the screen. This has happened twice before and I've fixed it with power button trick but it doesn't work this time. The battery is not removable.
