Sleep button not working

Hello there,

Just got an weird issue , i repaired an ipad mini 4th gen.  everything works well except the sleep button wont work.

but it does work as power  on/off .

i Know what most gone say now:

Bad digitizer , Nope tried 3 screens

tested screens on other ipad mini 4 and their it does  work.

any had this problem to?

would love to hear how you solved this.
