Given that the phone is no longer supported by Cisco and parts are no longer being made for it I recommend you try one or all of the following options.

If it is just the contacts in the switch hooks switch assembly that are causing the problem, check if there is a part number on the assembly part and search online using just the number to see if there results of suppliers. If there are you will most probably have to unsolder the old and resolder the new onto the board.
