sebastian.moore2992 , Before you go to all the trouble of changing the motor, buy a spray can of silicone spray and liberally spray the rubber channel the widow runs up and down in(see 1st link). A lot of times the rubber gets very dry from usage and window is not permitted to slide easily. The 2nd link below show's how to remove the power window regulator and motor in an 2006, you will not have to remove the regulator if not damaged as the motor can be purchased separately. Good luck.
