i have not personally experienced this issue with the M4 Aqua, however, in the blackberry Classic, i have had this issue multiple times, and it was a loose headphone jack connection. this caused it to constantly thing someone was plugging in, and removing a headset.

It may not be your issue, however, it may bea grounds to start with
