Hi,

What is the OS installed on your laptop?

Which graphics driver are you trying to install?

Here is a link to the HP Win 10 drivers for your laptop. (if this is your OS, if not select the appropriate OS in the OS in English box). If you click on Driver - Graphics (2), as you can see there are two choices. Are you using either or both of these drivers?

Have you tried downloading the appropriate driver for your laptop, then uninstalling the old driver, restarting your laptop and when Windows "finds new hardware" you can install the new driver when it asks if you have a disc. Just point it to the downloaded driver file location in your laptop.
