I faced this problem today. I changed the sockets multiple times, checked for solutions on google but it was no good. My PS4 would not turn on, there would be a beep only when i pressed the eject button. When all hope was lost and I was planning to get it repaired, I brought a disk near the area where you insert it. The disk did not go inside, but the console came to life! So try to put any disk in the console and I hope it will work because it worked for me
