It sounds like you have a calibration bug with the light sensor that controls the eject button. Try turning off all the lights in the room, and attempt to insert a disc again. If it is the light sensor, you should be able to insert and eject a game without it repeatedly ejecting. Let me know what happens, and we will go from there.
