Sorry mate but I doubt that you will find just the controller, generally the frequencies are hard bonded to the individual vehicle, this allows two of the same vehicles to be used at the same time without interfering with each other.  Your best bet is to either repair the old one or find an old controller and tune the frequency to match the vehicle.
