The Garmin Dash Cam 20 requires the use of a class 10 microSD card.  If another class is used,  the Dash Cam may still record video, but the user may experience freezing and other issues. Therefore, you will need to remove the microSD card and verify if it is class 10. The class will be displayed on the microSD card itself.
