Gather a very thin object, such as a very sharp pencil, and find the small reset button on the side of the monitor. Put the thin object in the hole and hold it there for a few seconds. This will turn off the monitor and will require that you turn it back on. If you do not have a very thin object, turn off the device and turn it back on.
