Hello folks!

I am stuck between the folder icon with exclamation and the disk mode. I have plugged it in to iTunes and it says I need to connect it to FireWire to complete the restore. Using iTunes I have tried and failed to get it fully restored. I have a FireWire cable and charger does anyone know what to do to get it to work? Please help thanks!
