Check if the charger port has any dirt accumulated inside of it because that can prevent it from charging properly. You should also see if the software is up to date because it is the software that decides if your tablet is going to charge. One other thing you can do is to check if the problem is with the charger itself. Use the charger with another device with the same port and see if it works. I hope this helps.
