I have this laptop and it was once covered with an excess amount of dust, but turned on when I cleaned the outside of it. I have been able to power the laptop up, but the fan quickly turns on and stays on as if my laptop is overheating. Is there anyway I can clean the inside of my laptop?

My laptop has been getting hot to touch and occasionally will not turn on. I think this is because of dust, but I'm not too sure. How would I clean the fan in the laptop to resolve my overheating issue?
