2 things bay be causing your issue:

The battery itself

The charger you are using.

Try it with a different charger, and/or take the device inside and plug it into the wall. If it works, it was your charger.

If the issue persists, it is most likely the battery.  Luckily this is easy to replace with our guide, found here: [guide|71100]
