This happens to me too sometimes with these kinds of buttons. One button always tends to stay pressed in and I have to press a different button just to get the other one to pop back up. I'm not sure as to why exactly, but if this method doesn't work you can look at their troubleshooting page for this problem [[Insignia NS-BCDCAS1 Troubleshooting|here]].
