-Lew, You could try a soft reset.There is always a chance that a cable did not get plugged in properly during repair, have technician that did the work recheck connections. From BB forums I have read, they suggest reloading the OS(operating system). I will post link to BB Passport tear down to show what may be involved in changing keyboard if it comes to that.
