When you look to usb port you see something broken? If yes, you must buy a usb port, unmount to remove the motherboard and change, you need soldering skills. If the usb port is not on the motherboard but instead on little board who connects by ribbons to motherboard, you can replace that board or repair.
If no, could be a soldering problem and you only need is solder again.
