Exchanged Touchpanel doesn't hold on the tab body

Hi together,

at the weekend I exchanged a touch panel from the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 . The problem that I have is that the new panel doesn't hold with the standard applied glue even if I warmed the glue for a better holding. What solutions do you use that exchanged panels hold?
