Device is charging only powered off and my PC see unknown device.

Hi i have a trouble with my nexus...
I have used not very good car charger on it, and after a while my Nexus stops charging powered on...
And my PC sees an unknown device...
I changed microusb port but nothing changed..
It's charging only powered OFF.
May be some Flex cable problems?
Can anyone help with any advices?
