First i changed Y2 than the clock start to work but when the Phone is in sleep mode or Off than the clock dont work. If the Phone is unlocked the clock work.
By the way the Y2 component is the same for iPhone 5/5C/5S. In my case I took it from iPhone 5 faulty mainboard.
The next step i reball U7 especially in the area near C255 underneath left side corner from U7 and now every thing is working fine.

to change the crystal oscillator Y2 32.768K is relatively an easy task but to reball U7 is more difficult and you need a professional technician.
I have the same ussue with my Phone 5C.
- Date & Time dont work & reboot Problem.
- Bluetooth dont work
